Kaiela Arts opens its Christmas Exhibition at its Shepparton High St gallery on Thursday November 30 from 6pm.
The gallery's Design Roots 2 – Lake Collection of original artworks will also be launched.
Also on view and for sale will be bespoke screen printed linen fabric featuring designs by Victoria Webbe and Tiarne Hall – two of the artists who have had their work chosen from this year’s collection of artworks that respond to Victoria Park Lake. The exhibition continues for one month.
As well, Yahna Kaiela Arts will be introduced as a newly created associate membership of Gallery Kaiela Incorporated, trading as Kaiela Arts. The aim of YAHNA is to develop relationships with the wider, non-Aboriginal and business community, and other organisations including the arts and education sectors. Its purpose is to champion Kaiela Arts and its activities in the wider community to build fundraising and social networks that will support the future development of Kaiela Arts.
