All Turaton performances raise money for local charities - and provide an artistic outlet for singers and actors of all ages.

Turaton Music Company is a not-for-profit theatre group which performs choral and solo music and theatre across the Goulburn Valley.  

The company focuses on a May concert, with and an end of year theatrical/ music hall type of show in November.  Turaton produces these shows with local charitable groups such as Lions, Rotary and Parkinsons Support Group.  Money raised from Turaton performances is returned to the community via local charities.Turaton has members of all ages and backgrounds, and is headed by a committee of up to 12 members.

Turaton has a long history - starting life in 1944 as the Tatura Male Choir, providing entertainment around the Tatura district, west of Shepparton.  More recently Turaton has performed  major musicals, including The Merry Widow, The Mikado, Naughty Marietta, Die Fledermaus, H.M.S Pinafore, Show Boat and Fiddler on the Roof.
